Today was a busy day.
Let me start off by saying that I tend to be the type of person who procrastinates but can get a lot of things done, and done well, under pressure. Today proved that.
I fly out for the Unadilla, NY AMA Motocross in about 7 hours. This will bring my 3 weeks off to an official end. I'm looking forward to getting back on the road but wish that I would have done more projects w/ the time off. Not that I didn't do anything in the last 3 weeks. I've been pretty busy actually. I was in my best friends wedding, I've thoroughly cleaned and organized my garage. I finished putting both the ZX-6RR and the ZX-10R back to track readiness and took them both to a trackday. I've been hiking, working out, bike riding, and even got Melissa a bike so we could start biking together. Today alone I've been running errands like a madman and converted the ZX-6RR from trackbike to streetbike and managed to spend a few hours w/ Melissa bicycling. But here I sit at 12:09 AM about ready to fly out of town and I still haven't packed and I need to organize my riding stuff so that Cascade Tracktime can ship my bike down to Laguna Seca for me. It's a good thing I'm good under pressure and like being up late at night!
Anyways, with all that, I still managed to mess around tonight and make a short video clip of me converting the ZX-6RR from trackbike to streetbike.
So here it is, 21 seconds of fun!
Now then, I've got to go pack!
