I've been busy the last week putting the engine back in my bike and going over everything else on the bike w/ a fine tooth comb. It's nice to not find anything wrong with a bike when you are going over it. I paid special attention to the cooling system as I have had issues w/ the bike running very hot in the past. I'm pretty sure that at one time, when the bike started to over heat, the water wetter was able to coat the inside of the radiator with a film and decrease it's cooling ablitities. So I flushed the whole cooling system out well and actually got a lot of gunk out of it.
I'll be able to test out if it worked tomorrow at the PSSR track day at PIR. I'm looking forward to riding again. Last time out for me was in early May and that was only for 5 laps.
Tomorrow will be a busy day for me. Not just because of the track day, but because as soon as it is over I board a plane to Brainerd, MN for the AMA Superbike round. Should be a fun weekend!
